Dr. Saddler is on the Attending Staff of Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, Calif., and is trained and licensed in Internal Medicine. She also has a clinic offering acupuncture services at the Huntington Hospital Cancer Center and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.
Dr. Saddler personally discovered the benefits of acupuncture in 1995 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer and received acupuncture to manage the side effects of chemotherapy. She immediately recognized acupuncture’s ability to stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities to promote physical and emotional wellbeing. In 1997, Dr. Saddler completed her acupuncture training and in 1998 she opened an office in Pasadena specializing in medical acupuncture.
Today, Dr. Saddler believes in treating the “whole” person, combining Eastern and Western techniques from acupuncture to breakthrough technologies. At The Huntington Spa/Chuan Body + Soul, Dr. Saddler is the practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Doctor, providing services such as acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, ear seeds, electrical stimulation and other treatments to promote well being and address a wide range of problems, including digestive disorders, respiratory disorders, neurological and muscular disorders, and problems related to tension, stress and emotional conditions. Specific treatments include Smoking Cessation, Food Cravings, Stress Reduction and Neck or Low Back Tension.
